Ultimately going here to get your art supply is naturally going to be a overall better experience compared going to michaels or lobby hobby. #1 your interacting with more serious real artists here compared to big box art stores so advice or info might be more valuable here. #2 customer service at highest level. From the moment I walked in I had someone escorting me to what I needed. I like that when we passed a piece of paper on floor, she picked it up right away. Clean place they applied great coupon too saved $$ so yeah...good artist hub here in e nashville yet close to the city too.

The ladies are always helpful and knowledgeable about all the supplies and the different crafts. One of the ladies was able to tell me what adhesive would be good for epoxy resin and she was also letting another lady know what adhesive would be good for paper crafting. It's always very clean and organized and things are very easy to find if you don't know where it is already they can take you to it right away. They have a very good selection of different craft supplies art supplies is not huge but it's a good selection. I love going there when I need certain things right away and can't wait for it to be delivered.

Hannah in the frame department is awesome. Had a big project for work with a short turnaround, she framed 42 pieces for me and had them ready, even did a same-day fix when I damaged one of them. Thanks Hannah!

Jerry's Artarama is THE BEST! Everything about them is top notch - we get art supplies from them, have had things framed, get great advice from the staff... but what put me over the edge and sent me writing this review is a recent framing project I had done... I had an old frame with a vintage print and the glass had broken. It was funky and old, with a poor hanging mechanism (which caused it to hit the floor and break the glass), a ripped back cover, etc. But it's beautiful! I brought it in to replace the glass and that's it. I paid an extremely reasonable price for the glass and did not discuss anything further with the terrific person who helped me. It came back to transformed! A new back paper, a new hanging thing that works great, and of course the glass. They breathed new life into it! And yet it remains absolutely its essential old self. Above and beyond the call of duty and very much appreciated. xoxo

I keep saying I'm not going to go in there unsupervised lol But honestly, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are already good and then when they run a sale it's fantastic!

Every time I have been to Jerry’s I have had a great shopping experience and come out having learned something new. The staff are some of the most helpful people I have met and enjoy hearing about the project I’m working on. This is one of the few places I have found that sells the same full line of framing supplies they use for their in-house framing work, which I appreciate greatly as an amateur woodworker. I have gotten preservation-grade glass cut (at very reasonable prices) and picked out a few great matting colors. This is definitely one of those instances where it really pays to shop local when you consider the full experience.
