Store Policies
Order Policy
- We only offer shipping options to addresses within a 20-mile radius of the store location.
- When checking out, if the zip code of the customer address falls within that radius, you will be allowed to place an order for delivery.
In-Store Pickup Policy
- When placing an order for in-store pickup. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be available for you to pickup in-store.
Return Policy
If you decide for any reason to return the product you ordered, simply bring or send it back to the store for a full merchandise refund! Please include your order information when returning the item.
Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, no problem. You’ll receive store credit instead!
Please note:
- Handling fees are refundable only if all items from the order are being returned.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been delivered to the customer.
