The sure-lock hinge keeps your painting angle in place, while the patented brass substrate sliders offer stable support for panels and canvases.

The sliders hold two 1/8" to 1/4" panels without touching, or a stretched canvas up to 7/8" deep. The box will close over a 9x12" panel and can accommodate surfaces up to 12" wide and 18" tall while in use. With your panel held below your sightline, you always have a clear view of your subject.

This pochade box includes two palettes: a varnished sliding wood palette that doubles as a divider for storage, and a removable clear acrylic palette that can sit over a grey sheet for better color visibility outdoors. A fold-out side tray expands your workspace and features five brush holes to safely hold your brushes. Inside, a divided bottom storage compartment fits paint tubes up to 75 ml and organizes your brushes, knives, and tools.
