Service is always out of this world! Everyone is so nice and helpful. 😊 They have a very good range of top notch art supplies, it might seem pricey but you are paying for quality and it's still cheaper than what you can find at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Get yourself a free membership and you'll save even more. (PS: Watercolor paper and paint selection doesn't even compare to the competition.)🥹

I am blown away by the kind customer service I experienced with Kerry (I hope that is the correct spelling of her name). I explained to her that I am taking an art class for the first time in 30 years. I think she sensed my nervousness about it. She carried the hand held shopping basket for me, and gently and expertly guided me through the store with suggestions and advice. She also helped me make more affordable choices on everything, including a free carrier bag for notepaper and all my supplies. She was so sweet and such a gentle soul. Thank you so much, Kerry, for your kindness and your delightful demeanor. You made shopping for my class fun and effortless.

Wow. Just wow. I went to Jerry’s with a list of supplies I had to buy. I spent maybe 1 minute looking before an employee came over and asked if I needed help with my list. I gave her my phone and ten minutes later my cart was full with everything I needed! She was so sweet and the most helpful a customer service employee has been in a long time. I didn’t ask her name, but she had long curly blonde hair and a slight charming accent. I had the best time at Jerry’s and I’m so grateful!

This place is amazing and so is the staff! Every encounter I have experienced has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Kristin especially in the framing area, I cannot rave enough. Several years ago, I had a truly special original artwork framed and her taste was perfect, not only for the piece, but for me and my home aesthetic. Fast forward years later, as I am finally ready to hang the piece, the frame gets damaged. Well her mastery, technique and skill saved the day. The frame is fully restored and it’s seamless! This place, along with the staff are gems in book!
