I heard about and decided to stop by. I was amazed at the different selection available than from other art supply stores in the area. While Jerry’s may not have everything I was looking for, they had so much more that I wasn’t expecting to find. So many sketch books & sketch paper board styles to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. I even witnessed an elderly customer giving one of the staff members a hug and kiss on the cheek thanking the young lady for all her help. I’ll definitely be back to explore this place more in the future.

This place is awesome! If you are looking for a store in Dallas to purchase art supplies, then this store is art supply heaven. I love that you actually try the colored pencils to see how they perform.I have been a hobby artist for decades and they have products and brands I've never seen before. Their staff is also very helpful and passionate about art as well.I also love that they have a post board of local art groups, artists and so forth. I usually buy my art supplies online, but I will definitely be coming back!

The staff was so helpful. I found some amazing supplies, and the prices were reasonable. They don't take coupons from online though. They said the online store and their store are separately owned.

Was charged DOUBLE for a tube of paint than the price listed online. It’s listed for $40 online and I was charged $80 in the store. (Lukas 1862 Cadmium Red Light 200ml oil paint)I asked Jerry’s online customer service and was told that the stores are privately owned and they have different pricing. I’m very disappointed. I really liked that brand of paint. I mean, I’m okay with a markup, but DOUBLE??? I checked other prices and EVERY single item is marked up between 33%-100% from what is listed online. Even the linen panels I like are overpriced.I love the Lukas oil paint, but I can’t deal with that level of gouging. I guess I’m switching back north to Utrecht oil paint. Blick’s customer service (and shipping) is much better anyway.***Update***Excellent Management. Updating my overly harsh review. Store manager gave a clinic on how to respond to online reviews. I’ll keep shopping here for supplies I can’t wait for. The employees are very helpful and friendly. And I may be addicted to purchasing art supplies.

Needed help discovering and understanding a new art medium and I received. The service was more than I expected.The people working here are very knowledgeable and artists themselves, so getting answers to questions was no problem.They are also extremely nice. Signed up for their rewards program on my first visit and will be a returning customer.

I have been to this location twice. It’s a wonderland of art supplies. The staff are great, helpful and chill. Not pushy but ready to help find what you need or let you browse on your own. I had a minor issue at the register and the manager was prompt to fix it. Skip the box store and visit this little gem in Dallas.

I'm so glad we have this in Dallas now! It's about 1/3 of the inventory of the Jerry's website, and they don't participate in the same promotions that the website does, but it is good to see items in person and make decisions that way. And, the service was excellent - several staff members asked if they could help while we browsed, then the staff member at checkout was so very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Seriously the BEST place to get att supplies and frames. The employees there are so helpful and knowledgeable. My husband got into screen printing and loves this place so I got him a gift card for his birthday. I also took something to get framed for a friend. The guy in framing department was so helpful and did it while I waited! 10 stars for this place!

Yes, yes, YES! As an artist, i was getting tired of having to rotate through numerous craft stores for supplies, due to the fact that none had everything I needed. After doing a quick search online for art stores near me, I found Jerry’s. From the photos it seemed like a dream, and when I finally made my way over there, I was thoroughly enchanted!! They truly have everything I need as a painter. From any paint brand you can imagine to canvasses of every size. The staff was friendly and helpful as well and they quickly got me set up with a Jerry’s VIP card. There is a lot of perfect stuff for teachers too! If you are an artist, please stop enduring the mediocre craft store selections, come to Jerry’s!

This place is such a lovely store!! At first I was hesitant because I thought it was going to be like the regular art store but Jerry's proved me wrong lol! When I got there I was helped out by two kind employees sadly I can't remember their names but they're super nice. I've found A LOT of art stuff I normally don't see in stores and would just find online! Sadly it's a bit far from my place but definitely going back there whenever I can!!!

I love this store, wait, let's call it a magical place where artists can find top brands, a huge selection of professional supplies like I have never seen! at unexpectedly reasonable prices, and an amazing staff that is willing and able and eager to help you. I love that the store actually competes with their own website, so no revolving door of texts and emails generated from me being a local shopper. Only messages from the store. They are delightful and I am a big and loyal fan!!! I was blessed to get a tube of Gamblin's reclaimed oil color of the year with purchase of 3 tubes of other Gamblin colors...just so you can see it, here is Torrit Gray, a pure smear so you can see the amazing pigments... sorry they don't have more but it was limited...I LOVE JERRY'S NEW STORE! THANK YOU!!!

I recently went to Jerry’s for the first time, and ended up going back twice that same week! Their inventory is amazing, and I’m constantly finding things I didn’t know I needed! The staff is so friendly and helpful, while not being overbearing. They are truly there to help you with your questions and to help you find what you need, not to upsell you. They are competitively priced, especially during the great sales they have, and the free membership card always gives you an extra bit of discounts. I have not gotten anything framed here yet, but plan to. I spoke with an employee who works with the framing, and some of the customizations they showed me blew my mind. They have a wall display with beautiful framing of things I didn’t even know could be framed! This is a must-visit store for anyone in the area looking for fine art supplies. With the uptown location of Asel closing, I’m especially glad to have Jerry’s nearby.

Wow!! This place was fabulous! They have an impressive selection of everything you could possibly need for art, especially painting. Their prices were very reasonable and their staff very knowledgeable.They also have a rewards program that if you enroll, you get 10% off your purchases!Overall, an incredible place. As of this writing in June, 2022, they've only been there a few weeks. If you like art, you will definitely want to check them out!

I give them 4 stars for variety and selection, but the prices are much higher than online, even with the 10% VIP discount. I learned that the online store and brick and mortar stores are separate companies and they do not price match the online price. Also, we do not pay sales tax in Texas when ordering from them online. Nice to have them in our town, but I'll probably still keep ordering online for large, bulk orders and save the store for when I need something quick.

Visited the store for the soft opening a couple of weeks ago. I live on the other side of town but will DEFINITELY be making frequent trips to Jerry's. Reminds me of the old Pearl Paint in NYC- they had everything you needed and a lot of stuff you didn't LOL. Awesome range of products for any creative media that you can think of. Inexpensive to pricey, everything in between. Very helpful staff, too- a PLUS. You will get inspired in here- I went in for some Frisket and got all KINDS of ideas! Y'all, go and BUY, support this place! We NEED this kind of art store here in Dallas!
