Make A Bigger Impact With Every Mark

Cretacolor 49500 Chunky Charcoal Stick gives artists an extra-thick drawing tool for creating bold strokes, deep dark lines, and expressive marks. Measuring 3-3/8" x 5/8", its oversized round format covers more surface with each stroke, making it especially useful for gesture drawing, quick sketches, shading, and large-scale artwork.

The chunky shape sits comfortably in the hand and encourages loose energetic movement while drawing. Use the broad side to cover large areas and block in compositions quickly or adjust your grip for more focused lines and marks. Its strong dark tones make it easy to build contrast, establish shadows, and develop expressive studies without slowing down your creative process.
