The clay will shrink slightly during drying, so it’s recommended to hollow thick pieces or sculpt over a lightweight armature.

To maintain the clay’s workability, store any unused portions in a sealed plastic bag or wrap in a damp cloth. The Stonex version can be kneaded to improve plasticity and is especially popular for detailed work.
